Minimum of 8 years experience in at least 2 of the following 4 areas of expertise:

• Change Management
• Executive Coaching and Leadership Development
• Project and Group Teaming Effectiveness
• Group Facilitation and Workshops

At least 5 years experience working within a consulting company

Experience across a minimum of 3 industries. Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunications, IT, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology expertise is preferred.

Experience working in all phases of a project life cycle including numerous examples in seeing projects through from inception to successful completion.

Experience working with stakeholders at all levels and across several departments including operations, finance, HR, IT, sales, marketing, manufacturing, customer service, etc.

Experience working on ERP projects is a plus, but not essential.
