Our Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in at least 2 of the following 4 areas of expertise:

  • Change Management
  • Cultural or Digital Transformation
  • Executive Coaching and Leadership Development
  • Project and Group Teaming Effectiveness

At least 5 years’ experience working within a consulting company.

Experience across a minimum of 3 industries. Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecommunications, IT, Pharmaceutical, and Higher Education expertise are preferred.

Experience working in all phases of a project life cycle including numerous examples in seeing projects through from inception to successful completion.

Experience working with stakeholders at all levels and across several departments including operations, finance, HR, IT, sales, marketing, customer service, etc.
